Is Visura Flow really free?+
Yes. The Free plan supports 1 active client and 100 MB of storage forever, with full moodboard, floor plan and budget tracker access. You only need to upgrade once you have 2+ active clients or want invoicing, AI, Find My Lead, or team seats.
What does Visura Flow replace?+
Most studios use Visura Flow to replace the patchwork of four tools they bolt together today: Studio Designer (trade pricing and invoicing), Houzz Pro (proposals), DocuSign (contracts) and Canva (concept decks), plus the spreadsheet CRM they outgrew. Most save £100+ a month and stop reconciling four inboxes.
What does 'Founding Studios' actually mean?+
The first 50 studios to onboard keep any paid plan they choose free for life. You also get direct access to the founder for feedback and feature requests. No catches. It's how we'd rather invest in early customers than in paid ads.
Is Visura Flow good for solo interior designers?+
Yes. Solo designers and boutique studios are our core audience. The Starter plan (£25/mo) is built specifically for one-person studios who need invoicing, contracts and Stripe payments without paying for team features they don't use.
Do my clients need to sign up to view a presentation or approve items?+
No. Clients receive a shareable link and can view your presentation, approve or decline line items, sign the contract and pay by card, all without an account, all on one page.
How does the deposit-before-renders workflow work?+
Visura Flow is built so you collect the signed contract and deposit before producing renders. Send the concept presentation, get item-level approvals through the client portal, convert to an invoice, and let Stripe collect payment with a built-in sign-and-pay flow.
Does Visura Flow integrate with Stripe?+
Yes. Connect your Stripe account in Settings and your invoices accept card payments inline. No separate payment links, no extra friction. Refunds, fees and payouts run through your Stripe dashboard.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We're GDPR compliant under EU and UK law, and your client data is hosted on Supabase with row-level security so no other studio can ever see your projects.
